§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Medius Consulting (the "Contractor") and its customers for digital services and manufacturing services.

§ 2 Offer and conclusion of contract

Offers are non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. A contract is concluded by written or electronic order confirmation or by acceptance of an offer in the customer portal.

§ 3 Customer cooperation

The customer provides content, files and information in time, completely and free of third-party rights.

§ 4 Prices and payment

All prices exclude statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.

§ 5 Made-to-order manufacturing

Custom products are manufactured according to the file approved by the customer. The customer must check approval data carefully; we are not liable for errors in customer data.

§ 6 Delivery

Delivery dates are binding only if confirmed in writing.

§ 7 Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability for slightly negligent breaches is limited to foreseeable, typical damage; liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
