Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods, or on conclusion of the contract for services.

Exclusion

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB), e.g. custom printed textiles, engraved products or special productions.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal.
